Confined space monitors are multi-gas meters that at a minimum detect the lower explosive limit (LEL) of combustible gases, oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). They are used to verify ambient air conditions in permitted confined spaces as a way to protect workers or alert them to situations requiring personal protective equipment (PPE). We carry several confined space monitors with this standard configuration, as well as models that offer additional sensor options.
