NITON Analyzers provide qualitative and lab-quality quantitative results in real time. They are the worldwide standard for XRF analysis, providing on-site analysis of everything from phosphorus through plutonium with accurate quantification from parts per million (ppm) through percent concentration. NITON 700 Series analyzers provide 3-sigma precision while maintaining the speed necessary for use as rapid assessment tools. NITON 700 Series analyzers provide electronics manufacturers, importers, distributors, brand owners, and retailers with a real solution to the problem of screening of toys, consumer goods, plastics, metals, and electronics for compliance with RoHS and similar regulations. NITON analyzers include the first application of a 50 kV miniaturized x-ray tube, which combined with a multi-position filter wheel, provides dramatically lower detection limits, in some cases surpassing even those of competing benchtop analyzers. Whether the need is quality control, sorting of scrap material, or even failure analysis, verification of metal alloy grade and composition is crucial to the success of many businesses. Our NITON 700 Series XRF analyzers provide a variety of rugged solutions for the most demanding alloy analysis needs. NITON XL3 analyzers measure all 8 RCRA metals, 12 Priority Pollutants and 19 US EPA Target Analytes. Advanced algorithms eliminate site-specific calibrations, but users still have the ability to add additional user-defined calibrations. These analyzers can be placed directly on the soil surface, for in-situ soil analysis or ex-situ sample analysis, and comply with US EPA Method 6200. Complete with a full suite of sample preparation and analysis accessories, NITON XRF Analyzers are also available with Bluetooth wireless capability and optional portable test stand or extend-a-pole.
