The stainless steel Mini Basic Soil Core Sampling Kit is equipped with a 3 1/4-inch diameter auger barrel and 5/8-inch threaded connectors. Soil core sampling kits provide all the components needed to auger up to 12 feet below ground surface and then collect a virtually undisturbed soil core sample in a liner.
